HI Roku.. Anyone..
First, this is an awful way to manage customer service.
Second, I was looking at my roku account to get pricing of the other channels I may want when I see that I am being charged since July 2020 for channels I neither watch nor did I subscribe to. How may I get these refunded or credited?
And, how might I connect to a real person in customer service?

In reviewing my account i can see the Disney + renewed for an entire year for over 100.00. I did not set this to auto renew and would never pay that much for this channel. It renewed a few weeks ago. How can I get this canceled and refunded?
