@JoJoRenee Check your spam folder on the email.  Also make sure the email address listed on your Roku account is the correct email.

I'm not the original post, but I have the same problem. 

I checked my spam folder and checked and rechecked my e-mail address. It is definitely the correct one. Any other suggestions?

Here's what I can suggest: try resetting the password on another device.
