Wrong email tied to account

I subscribed to Paramount Plus through my Roku, but it got tied to someone who visited my house and logged in to my device.

i logged out but cannot access the content anymore.. Tried changing password but am not getting an email. I do not have the individuals contact info to ask for their help,  What do I do?

When you say, "logged in to my device", are you saying that the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About is this other person's email?  Check that email address, because if it isn't yours, that's the first problem that has to be solved.
