I am disabled and I loved my Roku until I found out that they don't give you the full movie roster when you sign up for movie channel so I went to cancel. They canceled credited my account and then charged me again two days later I still have not gotten that fixed then they started charging me three times what you're supposed to pay for Hulu and I have not yet gotten that changed. And there is literally no way for a handicap disabled person to get in touch with anyone at Roku any help would the appreciated or any links to class action lawsuits would be even more helpful

In this case, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the ones who could cancel and provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Hulu Support
