Combining multiple accounts

Jump to solution

I have 4 devices too. Would this reply apply to myself wanting to put all 4 devices under the same email address? I'll buy a premium service and it will not  be on all 4 devices because of different email addresses.

Hi @Sarge715

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community.

If you have Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel, your Roku device automatically signs you into The Roku Channel during the activation process. And if you want to access the Premium subscription on the website use your Roku account's email and password.

If your Roku devices are linked to different accounts it will require you to have a separate subscription from that Roku account. If you want to link your Roku devices to one Roku account, we suggest performing a factory reset on your devices and linking it to your choice of Roku account.

For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

We hope we have answered your questions and concerns. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
