There is another thread in this community that replies are disabled. Roku has shared my log in info and logged multiple streaming services into another Roku device. Once last year about this time with HBO again this year with paramount, Hulu and peacock. The reason I know this is because the person who was logged in contacted me both times. Another reason I know Roku is sharing services is due to my fathers streaming services were logged in with his streaming services then at a later date, another unknown persons streaming services were logged into his streaming apps. Roku!! We pay for our services and you’re sharing them! I’ve been logged out multiple times on different devices due to too many users and have changes plans, paid more more to find out you, Roku, are the reason! And the post that has disabled replies was posted on 2021!!! This has been happening for 2 years and you continue to let it happen. Scammers. I’ve jumped thru hoops to change passwords multiple times on multiple devices, all due to buy an affordable TV and have my money and my services shared with complete strangers!

Are the Roku's on the same Roku user account? Roku's using the same account will share channels and some logins. I just recently replaced one Roku with another, and most of the major services were already logged in, even though I do NOT subscribe through Roku.
You can verify what account the Roku is using by going to Settings/System/About.
They shouldn’t be. I only have one Roku. Only logged in for using the TV, no Roku streaming service. Just other services that I logged into on that TV. I have no idea who this person is and never used her Tv.
Go to your account online and make certain only the one device is linked to your account.
Scroll down to the bottom and verify devices. Unlink any that seem wrong.
Only the one
There has got to be a glitch or something.. but somehow all my services are getting logged into a strangers device.
