I have a charge on my card and I don’t understand what is for?
If it's from Roku, it should show up on either your Subscriptions or Purchases pages.
If nothing is there, then Roku didn't present the charge. It could be a scammer that's submitting false info with payment card charges. @Hector-Roku may be able to assist you further.

Why was I double charged for Disney $8.62 on the 24th & 25th?
@TinaTrammell, if you have multiple Roku devices it's possible that you have multiple Roku accounts. You can check what Roku account a device is linked to by going to Settings->System->About on each device and checking the email address. It's also possible to subscribe through Roku as well as directly with Disney and neither would know about the other. Roku subscriptions always have "Roku" in the description on your statement. You can check your Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If you still have questions someone like @Hector-Roku should be able to help.
