WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FROM ROKU twice in the same week, the first one $9.99 shouldn’t have even happened, then 5 days later, $14.99!?!
Have you checked your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ? If you have multiple Roku devices then it's possible that you have multiple Roku accounts. Check the account each is linked to by going to Settings->System->About on each device.
