Please note that while The Roku Channel (TRC) is free to access, some channels and programs within TRC require a subscription. To check your subscription status, visit your Roku account on your computer or smartphone. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account and click "Manage your subscriptions." On the "My Subscriptions" page, you'll find a list of all your channel subscriptions billed by Roku, including each subscription's terms, status, and renewal date. For more information, you can visit our support article on how to manage or cancel a subscription.
Contact customer support if you do not see the subscription charge on your Roku account, have checked with your streaming service providers, and continue to have questions about a charge.
