I am trying to cancel my Peacock subscription but it tells me to push the * button over the icon in the main menu, which doesn't help, or go to Roku. When I go to Roku my subscription is not there.

If you press * when the icon is highlighted on the Home Screen and you don't see an option to "Manage subscription" then this Roku account isn't subscribed to Peacock. What happens when you launch Peacock? Does it ask you to subscribe?
Do you or have you had other Roku devices? Could they be linked to a different Roku account? You can check the Roku account that a device is linked to by checking the email address that's displayed on each device under Settings->System->About.
Yes this happens to me. Peacock says to go to Roku and roku says to go to Peacock
help. I may want to put you on instagram as a scam when we all watched the Chiefs game

This worked thank you! On main screen highlight Peacock and hit the * and it brings up options and click manage subscriptions. Thank you
