CBS Interactive renewal without notice

I was just charged $119.99 for CBS Interactive, Paramount +,  they took it out of my account without notice of renewal. I want a refund!!!  I have removed the automatic payment (once I found out how). I want my money back!  This is bull **bleep**!

Re: CBS Interactive renewal without notice

@kbrabec-

 Note that with most (all?) subscriptions you pre-pay (or obtain a temporary free trial) for a defined subscription period that auto-renews when the subscription (or trial) period expires.  When you unsubscribe it stops the auto-renewal but the current subscription stays active until the prepaid subscription period runs out.  Few, if any, will cancel immediately and refund the unused portion of your prepaid subscription, except in municipalities where this is requied by law.

To prevent auto renewal you MUST unsubscribe BEFORE the current subscription period runs out.    This is all explained in the conditions shown when entering into the subscription (you know, all that stuff we all agree to without actually reading it).

@kbrabec, you'll have to contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus to try to get a refund.  You may get lucky.
