Bought new Streaming Stick, not getting trial for Paramount+

I agree with "worst customer support". I bought a streaming stick on 06/07/2023. I'm supposed to get 3 months of Paramount+ for free. I got an email and a link to click but there is no 3 months free option.

Then after looking and looking around the website I got somewhere in my account telling me I've made no purchase for six months.

So I'm just out of luck ?

Why is there no email or phone number ? We're sent to FAQs and Community, and users ?

This is just wrong. This is my second ROKU device. You don't treat your customers right.
