I tried that and the page just says "loading" and never finishes. I guess I'll search for a phone number.
Just a followup... the chat that wouldn't load on my pc did work on my phone. Roku support was mostly painless and they did take care of this for me. Kudos to them!
okay good! I left a phone number for you to call them ...but they deleted that comment pretty fast. LOL
