On September 30, 2024, I bought a new Roku. On September 30, 2024, I received an email stating I would get 2 months of Paramount+. When I tried to redeem this offer today, I see only a 7 day free trial. I am unable to navagate the Roku support maze to receive any help. (The offer does not show up under "My Offers" on the Roku home screen.)
Any suggestions?

You have to go on your tv, start Roku or however you get to your Roku 'Home' go to Search Channels, look for Paramount and you'll see both the regular Paramount+ and Paramount+ on Ruko, click on that, you'll get a screen to claim you're 2 months free.
I don't know why it doesn't say that in the email, they make you work for it.
Are you trying to use the Paramount+ app? If so, try accessing it on the "Roku Channel" app.
