Wifi randomly drops wifi connection no matter what

I purchased my Roku Ultra 4802X about 6 months ago. Everything worked great until about a month ago and the Roku started dropping the wifi connection. I tried reinstalling the channels, I tried movin...

    I never received an error code but I figured out the problem and I think Roku needs to know about it. I had 2 other Roku ultra remotes paired to both boxes and when I disconnected the other 2 remotes it stopped the wifi from disconnecting and no more crashes as a result of the wifi disconnecting. This seems like a software issue as I can’t see what else would cause the Roku Ultra to drop wifi if there's to many remotes pair to the Roku.

I’ve bought a second box after the first one was still dropping connection and I am still experiencing wifi drops while nothing else is dropping wifi. This is ridiculous.
