Some devices, especially older devices, don't like some of the wireless protocols used on newer routers or your wireless channels may be crowded and/or there may be too many devices on the network. If your router has the ability, try setting up a guest network with 2.4 ghz and WPA2 and connect the TV to that and see if that helps. Or you could try hardwiring a network cable directly to the router and see if that corrects the issue. Some TVs have lousy wireless capabilities, especially older ones and/or budget level TVs.
