Wi Fi hotspot connection iPhone 13

We had a storm and lost power. Tried to connect to my personal hotspot on my iPhone 13 but it is not showing up. Please help. It was working fine prior to the power outage.

    If your Roku is one that only supports the 2.4 GHz wifi band (non-4K Express or Premiere with model number below 4620) be sure your phone hotspot is set to operate in the 2.4 GHz band, not 5.0 GHz.
