      Hey,

I do not have a voice remote, nor am I interested in getting one. I have a very basic remote that I bought off of Amazon. Did I waste $10 on remotes that do not work with your system? None of the trouble-shooting options worked at all. Brand new batteries, put in correctly, NO pairing button, No Microphone holes, holding down back & home buttons does not work, disconnecting/reconnecting Roku streaming device is also a no go. So what's next? The trash can for my stupidly new Amazon Roku remotes that will not connect to my streaming device? I'd complain to Amazon, but they only sell this stuff, and it has Your Name on the product!

The ball is in your court!

Jdla_123, what's the model number of your Roku device and do you have a link to the remote you bought?  If you have a stick that plugs into the TV without the need for an HDMI cable, it won't work with anything but a voice remote.
