Roku has seasonal wallpapers or special ones for certain occasions. You can disable themes on your Roku device, navigate to Settings > Theme and toggle off both Seasonal Wallpapers and Sponsored Wallpapers.
It's not a seasonal theme, it's a promotional theme. I've already disabled seasonal themes on all my TVs.
