Why does my Roku TV launch Sling every time I turn off my Xbox One?

Every time I turn off my Xbox One, the Sling TV app trys to launch/download. I don’t even have the app downloaded on my TV nor have I ever in the past. So I have no clue what the connection is between the two. Xbox is hooked up via HDMI and this happens regardless if I turn it off with the console button or the UI via controller. If the TV is already off and then I turn my Xbox off, it will actually launch my TV just to try to get me to download Sling. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and found a workaround?
