When turning off guest mode, I want my family's apps to reappear and be logged in.

    Thanks for keeping in touch!

    Please note that when you enter Guest Mode on your Roku device, you will automatically be signed out of your subscription channels like Netflix, and game data stored on your device will be removed.

    You must sign in to your subscription channels again after exiting Guest Mode to view content.

    Two suggestions:

    1) This information should be added to the Guest Mode article at https://support.roku.com/article/360015612834

    2) There's no reason the Roku can't, or shouldn't, remember my logins in non-Guest mode.  This should be considered a bug and be fixed in a future version of the software.

The solution posted is not a valid solution. As the owner of the Roku, I want to be able to put my device in guest mode and then remove it from guest mode and have all my apps still there with the logins intact.

    Yep.  There's no reason the Roku can't remember which family (non-guest) apps are logged in and being used so that exiting Guest mode and logging in again brings them back to life.

      Completely agree. We have a rented house that we use for our own vacation sometimes. I thought Guest Mode was perfect for this use, but having to sign in all the apps every time is really annoying.

      Roku, please fix!
