Weather screen saver app isn't available on all of my Roku Premier stick TVs

I purchased at the  Weather Screen Saver app.  It is subscription.  The app works great on the TV that the subscription was renewed on. I see the app on the home screen of all my TV's with a ROKU premier stick but I cannot set it as a screensaver.  It doesn't even show up as a screen saver in the apps so I can set it as the default.  

Do I need a subscription for each tv now?  I have used the app on and off for several years.  Never had this problem.  When I push the * I can check for updates but it is missing from the drop down on screensavers in the settings.
