My daughter just showed me her screen on her TV, it’s white and pink with minimal color, I tried to reset it to factory picture settings, unplugged and let it sit a while and still the same. I am now resetting all the apps because it still is white washed after a factory reset. Help! The TV is only a month old.

- Please confirm whether your Roku TV is a Roku-made TV or a third-party Roku TV.
- When did the issue first start?
