Volume lowering on its own on the Roku Ultra
I have the same issue...watching a movie and suddenly the volume lowers by itself. Getting out of the movie & going back in would fix the issue temporarily..my tv is a Vizio model V4K43M-0804 firmwar...

When watching a movie, click the * button and go to the audio settings. You may see things like leveling or night node. Those features try to prevent TV commercial volumes that are much louder than the movie you were watching or leveling the audio so music and action scenes are not louder than the dialog.
