Video Ads Autoplaying on Homescreen

please make the setting automaticalty disabled on the filling device types: Players Tvs
screensaver & theme

I am here because we bought the AD FREE Roku stick a few years ago and suddenly are now seeing ads!  WE PAID MORE for this version, specifically!  We should NOT be seeing any banner ads at all on this Roku and I need it fixed immediately. 

Please help!  It's a 3930X Roku Express from 2021.

If you are complaining about the addition of video ads to the home screen, try making this change on all of your Roku devices:

Go to Settings/Accessibility/Autoplay video, and change it to OFF.

This will only stop video ads, not the static ads, which have been on Roku for a long time. As other have posted, the right-side static ad has been there since my first Roku in 2016.

    andyross ,The Roku ads are fine, it's 3rd party ads and popups that are not, and I think that is what the alternate Roku had on it, 3rd party ads to make the cost lower.  I bought the one without those ads.

    Thanks for the advice, I'll try it.
