Hi,

My roku's USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi® Receiver is not  working apparently as it seems to be broken.  Model # is : 3810X and SN is C1379H151404. Apparently on Roku website they are out of stock and from past 1 month and we dont know what to do.

That's a known Roku problem, they won't refund and if you want a replacement you have to mail your stick at your cost even within 30 days. The cables been listed on their site as [out of stock] for a year.
