Upgrade Offer Unavailable

I’ve been having issues with my Roku ultra and have decided to upgrade. I saw an offer on my Home Screen today to upgrade to Roku ultra for $59.99. After I enter my pin the screen says Unable to complete request. 
is there anywhere I can go to resolve this?

      I tried both of these to no avail. The upgrade link says there are no offers for me at this time. The offers link shows me quite a few streaming packages.

    Same issue, they have promised a $20 refund on at least 4 private messages. Can't trust Roku customer service! Have reported to Idaho Consumer Protection and post all over social media. They are liars. They said purchase at the $79.00 and the would refund $20 to make it the advertised $59. Sent them order details and picture of add. Very dishonest company.

    I don't know what to tell you. I have always received great customer service from Roku. I just wish there was an option to speak to a human. 

    In this situation I received a private message and when I followed up, everything was resolved. I am still and forever a happy Roku customer, at least 10 years so far!

    #g8p, maybe you should try creating a separate post? You might get fresh eyes on your complaint. I guess I'm surprised you're still so upset after 4 months. It was only a $20 offer. Your mental health is worth so much more than that.
