Unwanted audio using the four arrow buttons

When i push any of the four arrows buttons around the OK  a sound is generates by the TV.  If I lower the TV volume the sound disappears. I would like to eliminate that sound. I tried many possibilities in the set up but I've not succeeded. Any suggestions?

    We understand that you want to disable audio playback while using navigation arrows. 

    Have you tried to turn off the menu volumes in settings? If not, you could try these steps:

    • Go to Settings > Audio > Menu Volume > then select/check Off.
