Unable to set up Roku Premiere device

During the installation a premiere device, half the screen on my TV (2009 Pnanasonic Viera Plasma) was blinkering and then off, couldn't finish installation. After, it didn't went back on even after resetting device or TV, (unplug tv for hours, reset device, shorting tv's switch, etc.).

Regardless of what I do, I can't see my TV the way it was (disabled half screen)

I'd appreciate a solution for this

    Looks like you can't set up your Roku device on your Panasonic TV. Do you see a full-screen picture when the Roku device is not plugged into your TV, and could you try connecting the Roku to a different HDMI port on your TV? 

    Also, if possible, try setting up your Roku device on another TV to see if there’s any difference.
