Unable to screen mirror all devices to TLC Roku TV

I use to be able to screen mirror my phone and computer to my tv and now I am not able to any more. I have been using other post to troubleshoot my tv and I have factory reset my tv I am still not able to screen mirror.

Is my tv just too outdated now to support this feature, if so then why do I have AirPlay and HomeKit on my Tv?

I have to Issue Report Tracker if you need it to help me.

    To clarify, we would like to know the following:

    • Are you using Android devices or iOS devices?
    • When did you experience this issue?
    • Did you receive a software update before this issue started to happen?
    • Are you getting any error codes and error messages? If yes, what is/are the error?
