Unable to hear sound effects on Roku TV

I have this problem. I just bought this TV a month ago and still no sound on themes or home screens. Obviously I have updated all there is to update and watching something specific is fine and so the...

    Head's up: screensavers and wallpapers don't have sound effects. The sounds only play when you're navigating, clicking, or using menus and apps.

Ok I did that. A couple hours ago I started hearing short sounds when I'd push the back buttons on HOME screen, maybe it started working now?.. idk but it's only when pushing "back", and, there's still no sound on the screensavers and wallpapers, is there not supposed to be any sounds for those?

Head's up: screensavers and wallpapers don't have sound effects. The sounds only play when you're navigating, clicking, or using menus and apps.

    I'm really disappointed in this TV.

    Where can I leave feedback about the fact that I don't have some options? Like that I can't connect Bluetooth headphones to it !!! Grrrrrrrrr !! The whole point in me getting a smart tv was so I could use headphones with it and others wouldn't hear my TV! 

    The wallpapers and themes and sounds leave much to be desired. There's too many poor choices of wallpapers and there should be sounds & music, for them all. 

    I don't even have the microphone option on my remote so I can't utilize many features.

        Ok. Thanks. But that was unhelpful. It just kept giving me more links that led nowhere. I'd like to leave feedback for this TV but I'm not finding a place to do so, and, I don't use social media. That's unprofessional to have your customers directed to social media. You cannot trust that it's legitimate and I stop using any product or service that tries to dismiss me by directing me to social media. Smh. I don't like tcl or roku, and tho I kept giving them both another try every so often, I still won't be using them again after I replace this one that does what I need.
