I filled out the form for a free HDMI extender cable- after filling it out the CONTINUE button did not respond.
I need to obtain the free HDMI extender to connect my Roku to my Samsung TV. I have filled out the form, completing the necessary questions but when I hit "continue" nothing happens. I have tried this using several browsers.
Will not allow me to continue. I have tried different browsers and that failed. I have tried different devices and no success. Why will the form not work.

I am having the same problem as others when trying to order free HDMI extender. After I fill out form and click on "continue" nothing happens. I checked serial number and it is correct. Please advise.
I have had the same problem!
I’ve been trying to order the HDMI extender and cannot get past the first page. Selecting the “continue” button does not get me to a next page.

I am having the same issue. We have had our streaming stick for a couple of years now. Since the beginning the remote works, then it doesn't. We have tried restarting, changing batteries, re-pairing to no avail. Regardless of which browser I use, I cannot order the HDMI extender. I am entering the serial number on the back of the stick. I am entering 0 and not O. Also, the stick gets extremely hot. Seems like the HDMI extender is worth a shot if I can only get one.

I filled out all the boxes to receive the free HDMI extender. When I click on the 'Continue' button nothing happens. I've tried through my phone, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. The 'Continue' button won't work for any of them. I have triple and quadruple checked that every field is entered correctly.

I have filled out the form in order to receive the free extender for the roku streaming plus many times, only to have the site unresponsive when I clicked submit. The page is unresponsive. I cannot no matter how I try to check everything, hitting the continue button just does not let it process. I have 4 TVs on Roku. Two of them has the HDMI extenders and 2 don’t. So I am in need of 2 extenders. Please help.
I have a new streaming stick and need the extender to make it fit my TV. I have also entered all my correct information but it won’t continue. Very frustrating!!!

If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of your Roku device. It can be found by navigating to Settings > System > About or at the back of the player.

Hi Roku Team, i trust you all are doing very well, as well as your families and friends.
I am having some issues when requesting the HDMI Extender according to my product.
I am getting the error that the serial number is invalid, from the service i am getting an error describe as "invalid PID"
I recently bought the product, however i am from Chile. let me know if you need some more evidence regarding this issue, it does give me the error using both the Serial number, the one in the back of the Roku Stick+ or the one in the System -> About
