Unable to add streaming apps like HBO Max and Disney +

Roku model: 3960X , latest software (14.6)

Dears,

Apps like Disney + and HBO Max do not appear in my streaming store. Before I had Disney + and Netflix and it was just HBO Max that was the problem. However I have done a factory reset and now everything is unavailable. How can I fix this?
