Ultra Roku: remote won't pair, light flashes green five times and stops.
We bought a new Roku Ultra and straight out of the box I can't get the remote to pair. I hold the pair button for those five seconds, the light flashes five quick flashes and then stops. That's all it does. I put it on the charger for ahout 30 min so far but that hasn't changed anything.

- Remove the power cord from your streaming device
- Wait at least 5 seconds
- Re-connect the power cord
Once you have completed the process, please check your Roku remote for a pairing button.
How to set up a voice remote with a pairing button
- Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash, to put your voice remote into pairing mode.
How to set up a voice remote without a pairing button
- If your voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash.
