Thank you both, JWS9518 and Qbert77, for taking the time to respond to my post. Although the TV is more than likely out of any warranty coverage, I will try to follow up with Roku chat support to see if they can, at least, recommend an electronics repair location in my area that can assess the issue.

SolitaryCynic Unfortunately, in this throw away society, it will most likely cost more to repair than to replace. Some people have reported they have repaired some TVs themselves, but how cost effective or easy that is, I cannot say. That is the problem with most of these budget level TVs, they use substandard components that don't last.
