I have a digital antena along with wifi . I lost all digital channels , so I rescanned and found 36 channels. Still no picture or sound . Coax is ok and connected , other wise the scan would not show 36 channels Help

We understand that you've lost all your digital channels, and they're not displaying any picture or sound. Try a system restart by going to Settings > System > Power. If there's no Power option, select System restart.
Also, try repositioning your antenna and plugging it into another TV to see if there's any difference.
