SolitaryCynic​ That normally means the backlight or control board has gone bad on the TV, which is a common issue for some brands of budget level TVs. Most TVs have 1-year warranties. You can chat with Roku on their support page, and they should be able to assist or direct you where you can get technical support. If is over a year old though, the warranty has expired.
