TV is locked in Guest Mode

You mentioned that the TV is locked in guest mode, and you can no longer access all your subscriptions you paid for. Here's what you can try:
- Turn off Guest Mode on your Roku device: (Home > Settings > Guest Options > Sign out and clear info, and enter your Roku PIN, select OK).
- Turn off Guest on My.roku.com:
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone
- Scroll down to My streaming devices & TVs
- Find your Roku device and select Disable Guest Mode
- Enter your Roku PIN and select Disable Guest Mode
