TV is locked in Guest Mode

Someone who use to live in the house connected to the tv a locked it in Guest mode. He logged us out of all of our subscriptions and I’m worried he might have my credit card information. How do I res...

    You mentioned that the TV is locked in guest mode, and you can no longer access all your subscriptions you paid for. Here's what you can try:

    1. Turn off Guest Mode on your Roku device: (Home > Settings > Guest Options > Sign out and clear info, and enter your Roku PIN, select OK).
       
    2. Turn off Guest on My.roku.com:
      1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone
      2. Scroll down to My streaming devices & TVs
      3. Find your Roku device and select Disable Guest Mode
      4. Enter your Roku PIN and select Disable Guest Mode
