Even though the TV shows it's connected to Wi-Fi, the streaming apps aren’t loading on the Home screen. I appreciate you going through the troubleshooting steps to try and fix it.
To check things out further:
- Do you see any error messages when attempting to open an app? If so, what do they say?
- Can you recall when the issue first began, or if anything changed around that time?
- Have you already tried restarting your router or modem to refresh the connection?
You can connect your streaming device to a mobile hotspot as a temporary workaround to ensure there is no issue with your device.
