Turn off the screen reader
I hear her voice announcing each show, announcing ads, still taking once the show starts. Cannot understand most of what she says. How can I get her to shut up?

Try pressing * on your remote four times or disable it in the Accessibility settings, although it shouldn't still be talking once a video starts. Is it a robotic sounding voice?
