It sounds like the Roku Ultra is interfering with other devices, even when you haven’t asked it to. To fix that, you can either disconnect your Bluetooth device manually whenever it happens or turn off the Bluetooth auto-play feature completely.
Here's how:
- If it is not already open, launch the Bluetooth app on the Roku device.
- Press the Star
- Scroll to highlight Bluetooth auto-play.
- Switch the setting to Off (or On).

I like the Bluetooth feature on the Ultra. So, if I'm watching TV late at nite, I can pair my Bluetooth headphones & crank up the volume.
By "Bluetooth device" do you mean my Bluetooth headphones?
