The colors of the new Roku Select Series are washed out

I got this television yesterday and OMG what a horrible tv this is. Picture quality is terrible, colors are very washout and motion smoothness is terrible is like using a 20 years old display. When trying to watch my local channels using a tv antenna or use a TV the picture quality was like watching two picture in one looking like a ghostly video. We spent about two hours trying to calibrate the picture quality but it was impossible, everything was looking ugly. Sometimes when playing a video the audio comes first and than the video which is not normal.

Audio.
The audio sometimes goes down and than very loud up. We also tried the setting for the audio but didn't worked well. Also, it is impossible to disabled HDR, there is an option to change the HDR setting but not to disabled it and I think that the problem with the TV picture quality is because of the HDR. I've contacted Best Buy to come pick it up for a return. I don't know if this is a problem with the television or if the NEW Roku TV 65R5C5CA is just like that. Also in the future updates please allow people to disabled HDR and have the option for SDR only.

Anyway good luck if anyone purchases this tv.

    It sounds like you're having some trouble with the picture quality on your Roku TV—thanks for giving those troubleshooting steps a try.
    We'd like to know...

    • Is the issue happening only on local channels, or are you noticing it on streaming apps as well?
    • If possible, a video of the issue would be great.
    • Can you also provide the Serial number or Device ID of the Roku TV so we can check it here? (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
