TCL Roku TV USB port not working

I have a TCL Roku 55S555 with a USB drive that does not seem to be active. I have inserted USB drives and SD cards via a USB adapter and tried Roku Media Player, but nothing shows. I would like to show photos, but no luck. HELP, anybody?

    It looks like you have an issue with the TCL Roku TV when using a USB drive for the Roku Media Player. 

    Have you tried inserting the USB drive into other devices, like a different TV or a computer, to see if it's working?

    I would suggest reaching out to TCL customer support and asking them.  The TV may require certain formats or have limitations with their USB ports.
