Trying to find a replacement for a Roku Stick Remote

I am looking for a replace voice remote (RC833) for my Roku Stick 4K.   While most of the buttons on the remote function, the volume down and mute do not.  The TV power and volume up buttons work fine.  i have replaced the batteries and cleaned their contacts.

Similar posts are quite old, or unclear.  What are my choices for replacement remote for this product?

    Roku Streaming Sticks are controlled by Roku remotes that connect via WiFi. They are intended for use behind the TV set where infrared (IR) cannot reach, so they are not even equipped to receive IR commands as from Universal remotes.

    The only compatible remotes are the three Roku Voice Remote models shown on this page:   https://www.roku.com/products/accessories.

    You can purchase directly from Roku or from retailers like Amazon, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.
