TCL Roku TV no longer appears in list for screen mirroring on my Win 11 PC

Model: 8113X - Roku TV

Serial Number: YK00C5455826 (JAA8D55825)

Software 14.5.4 * build 5938-48

GC version 13.7.9

Timestamp: 2025-04-10T05:1417Z

Issue ID: 26-142-874

My issue is is that when I attempt to use my phone's smart view or smart things the TCL Roku TV does not appear whereas other devices on the same network do. It all of a sudden stopped allowing screen mirroring

Turns out the culprit is that all of a sudden AT&T's Active Amour app's VPN is blocking the mirroring on my TCL Roku TV so the fix is to disable VPN if I want to screen mirror.

As for factory resetting, network resetting, clearing cache, unplugging TV etc not of that did the trick neither did insuring Roku had the latest updates.
