TCL G138X Stuck on Red Screen after inicial setup-update
I just Got this new TV TCL G138X a few days ago,
After following the initial setup, wireless setup It download the most current update, then the TV restarts and gets Stuck in red Screen.
I have done factory reset, USB manual update, nothing works

Have you tried contacting TCL about this particular issue? Reaching out to them and inquiring further about this for resolution is a good option. Roku TV manufacturer provides support with their TV.
