TCL G138X Stuck on Red Screen after inicial setup-update

    Have you tried contacting TCL about this particular issue? Reaching out to them and inquiring further about this for resolution is a good option. Roku TV manufacturer provides support with their TV.

    This first picture is before connect and actívate

     

    After setting up the network It gets latest update

     

    After finish update, the TV restarts and gets Stuck in this red Screen for hours.

    Cant do anything, only reset AND start the proccess again
