Tcl Altos 9+ flashing HELLO

All of a sudden after years of working fine it starts flashing HELLO when I turned it on…and it won’t stop - Yes…I’ve tried unplugging and replugging in after minutes / after hours / after days - Plug back in…power on…still flashing HELLO - Got a new remote and with power off I held play/pause/OK button and up pops a flashing WAIT…and goes on for hours

Is the bar shot? Anything else I can do here Please HELP!!!
