Switching wifi routers to Google Mesh - cannot connect to new network

Question

I just switched my wifi router from Netgear to a Google Mesh set up.&nbsp; I cannot connect any of my Rokus to the new network.&nbsp; I cleared the network connections on all TVs and even did a factory reset on one, with&nbsp; no luck.&nbsp; Has anyone else experienced this?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Are you getting an error message?Are you using the same SSID and passphrase as before or new ones?&nbsp; (In the router I mean.)

Thanks for the reply.&nbsp; My son tried to change is iPhone to the new network and had an issue as well.&nbsp; I shortened the password and took a few symbols out and that did the trick.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Some devices and routers will not accept certain symbols as part of a password.
