Can you share when and where you purchased this Roku device? Also, aside from all the troubleshooting we suggested, have you tried doing a factory reset and see if it'll help with the issue?

Bought it directly from Roku, believe January 2023. How does one do a factory reset if it won't boot?

- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
- If possible, a video showing the issue.
